Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers (including Google OAuth if used)
- Billing data: subscription orders, invoices, payment references (card data is processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers)
- Panel configuration stored in your tenant: API keys, Telegram chat IDs, automation settings
- Technical logs: IP address, user agent, error logs for security and debugging
How we use data
To provision and operate your panel, process payments, send transactional emails, provide support, and improve the service.
Cookies & sessions
We use session cookies for authentication and CSRF protection. No advertising cookies are used on the platform site.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and billing purposes.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data by contacting us. Email verification and billing records may need to be retained where required by law.
Subprocessors
We may use hosting, email, payment (Stripe, Cryptomus) and security (Cloudflare Turnstile) providers. Data is processed under their respective policies.
