Monthly and longer plans may be refunded within 7 days of initial purchase if the panel has not been materially used (no API connection and no automation runs). Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period has started.
Theme store
Digital theme downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered, except where the file is defective — contact us within 48 hours.
Shopify Payment Gateway
This is a separate service with manual provisioning. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case before credentials are delivered.
