Can I change preset amounts later?
Yes. Preset tiers and custom min/max can be updated anytime — we adjust Shopify products and gateway config together.
Do end customers get a receipt email after top-up?
Balance appears in the panel user account right after credit. Automatic receipt emails to end customers are not sent by default — configure notifications in your gateway admin if you need them.
