1. Service

KKTC Staff provides a software-as-a-service platform for SMM panel operators, including ticket automation, payment sync, accounting, invoicing and popup widgets on a dedicated subdomain.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew according to the period selected at checkout. Prices are shown before payment. Failed renewals may result in suspension after the grace period stated at purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse automation endpoints, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other tenants on the platform.

5. Third-party services

You connect your own PerfectPanel API, payment gateways and Telegram. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

6. Digital products

Theme store purchases are digital downloads. See our Refund Policy for eligibility.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of material changes.
